- The project builds on existing national AI efforts, including Indosat's AI factory and AI-RAN deployments, aligned with Indonesia’s “Golden 2045 Vision.”
- Currently, 28 local startups and ISVs use the AI infrastructure for applications such as Bahasa Indonesian LLM-powered healthcare and government solutions, with plans to expand AI-RAN reach.
Impact
This initiative marks a significant step in accelerating Indonesia's national AI ambitions and fostering tech sovereignty. By blending Cisco’s security and NVIDIA’s AI expertise, the Center enhances local talent development and innovation. The focus on inclusive access and large-scale training could serve as a blueprint for emerging markets aspiring to build sovereign AI ecosystems.
